Information regarding the processing of your personal data by Ola Real Estate as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data and purpose

Your name, contact details and enquiry content are processed to provide property consultancy services, to respond to your requests and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

Legal basis

Processing is based on contract performance and legitimate interest under Article 5/2 of the KVKK.

Transfer

Your data is shared with competent public authorities where required by law. In addition, to measure our advertising, your Page-scoped Messenger ID or an irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) form of your phone number, together with the stage reached in the sales process, is transferred to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., located outside Türkiye.

Your rights

Under Article 11 you may learn whether your data is processed and request its correction or deletion.
